Protocol for dispute resolution

If you have any issue with our repairs or if your vehicle has broken down after service, you must contact us so we can help.
  1. Call us: (806) 722-2046 and tell us your concerns with the work performed and we will help solve the problem.
  2. Send a short email to: birdsongsales@gmail.com Make sure your invoice number is in the email and a description of the issue.
  3. Birdsong Automotive works with several warranty companies involved with your auto repair. We will help you with this process. You must communicate with us in order for us to help with the issue.
*Important Notice About Chargebacks:
If a credit card was used to pay for services rendered and a chargeback is issued against Birdsong Automotive, a mechanics lien will be issued on the vehicle. This is considered friendly fraud. see Texas Property Code Title 5 Ch 53. The Lubbock District Attorney will proceed.
Wanna swing in without notice?
For quick jobs like oil changes or filter swaps walk-ins are welcome. Major work or fleet repairs go smoother with an appointment.
